My recent post here was about this placement too. Somebody in my comment said that its karmic if we are too egoistic. Sorry if the question i’ll be asking sounds stupid.. but if i do any surgery to aesthetically please my face, do you think that will turn into karmic lesson for me?

I have a big forehead lol and I want to lower my hairline. I’ve always heard big forehead = big fortune. So, i’m very skeptical about getting it done. However, I know this is something I want to do to feel better about myself.. Again, sorry if this sounds stupid. Undergoing any surgery doesnt change our placement right? What i’m more concerned is as having leo sun in 12th H it will turn as karmic lesson for me. I have undergone many hardships in my life. I just want to make sure I feel good about myself in this lifetime. No matter how alone my placement makes me feel
