I'm missing all my "vices"

I don't see a lot of people talking about how when you're trying to lose weight, not only do you have to drop or significantly lower your junk food intake, which is a stress relief/"vice" for a lot of people, but you also can't really drink alcohol (so high calorie!) And can't really smoke weed (munchies always makes me go over 1200!). Just sucks that all the things that I could reliably count on for stress relief in a bad day got wiped out by this lifestyle change! Not to mention it makes socializing in my early 20s hard. Everyone inviting people over wants to drink, smoke or eat! Just wanted to see if anyone else was feeling my pain on this.
