I used to do cico a few years ago and went from 70kg to 56kg in around a year. Was very happy with the weight loss but circumstances happened and I got majorly into partying (alcohol and hangover food really made me gain weight) I ended up gaining back all the weight I had lost a 13 extra kgs.. the drinking got so bad and made my bpd and depression even worse. I had to seek treatment and I was advised not to be obsessed with my weight for a while and instead my mental health. (I had a nervous breakdown) that was last year. I consulted a nutritionist who gave me a meal plan which worked for a while, I lost around 4-5kg but then I couldnāt continue with it as it didnāt allow me to have my favourite foods (pizza, tacos, wine, etc). I came back to eating 1200 cals and reduced my weight from 83kg to 71kg but then stopped for a while due to my mental health. Itās been a week or so since Iāve started tracking my calories again and proud to say Iām down to 68kgs currently. No where near my goal weight (5ā3 woman) but hoping to get there soon in the upcoming months(: Iāve put down my weight in pounds as well for anyone who doesnāt use kgs
