I usually try not to be too hard on myself about bad days, but both Saturday and Sunday I somehow managed to eat 3800 calories both days. My maintenance is around 2000, so this is REALLY bad! I had been slacking off and eating around maintenance for a week or so which I already was feeling shitty about, but now I'm completely off the wagon. I'm planning on getting back on track starting today, but I feel like it's going to take weeks to recover from this. I weighed myself this morning (I know, bad idea), and it said I gained 6 lb! I know a lot of that is water retention/bloating, but it's still so discouraging since I'd been solidly under 140 for a month now... it was really upsetting to see the 14 again... I feel like I un-did weeks/months of progress... just needed to vent sigh
