2 weeks into dieting/exercise - where did my appetite go?
Post Body

I have always been a big eater. As a child, a gallon of milk was standard for the day. Post holidays, I recently decided to kick some of my nasty eating habits to the curb as my body isn't what it used to be (and at 22, that's not alright with me).

I recently started counting and cutting a significant amount calories, eating cleaner meals (everything cooked at home) and working out more. My calorie count is usually around 900-1100 a day but I feel so stuffed I can't eat another bite. Does anyone else have this problem? Could it be a sign of something? No ED, I love the new found energy I have and in just two to three weeks I have felt significantly happier from the exercise.

What gives - am I doing something wrong?

Typical day:

Breakfast: - half cup of non fat greek yogurt (60 cal) - 1 oz strawberries 1 tsp honey (40-50)

Lunch: - 2 egg "egg salad" (140cal) w/ 1 tsp (20 cal) mayo organic mustard cup of argula - 3 oz strawberries (30 cal)

Dinner: - flatout flatbread (100 cal) - 3 oz chicken (150 cal) - 3 cup of spinach (60 cal) - 1/4 cup of low fat ricotta cheese (70 cal) - small tomato (30 cal)

Snacks: varies - usually an apple, carrots, peppers with hummus or something similar.

I bet it's the eggs! They're so filling. I'm glad there's so many ways to make and add to them
