My stomach feels full and I am well hydrated, but feeling an urge that feels like needing to eat?

Sorry I am a noob, I am way under the DRV of sodium, so it might be a salt craving? Can my body just tell that what my stomach is physically full of is calorically light and is sending me cravings?
