It was super easy.
Fill the pot 1/2-3/4 full with water, add powdered chicken bullion, powdered garlic, powdered onion, chili powder and ground ginger. Bring to a simmer, toss in the slivered carrots and mushrooms.
Cook your meat separately. Slice it thin, put in a mixing bowl with rice vinegar, Mirin, soy sauce and chili powder. Once the meat the coated, place in a hot skillet with I can't believe it's not butter spray. Make sure to add the rice vinegar, Mirin, and soy sauce to the skillet as well.
While the meat is cooking, add the baby bok choy to the broth.
Take a few spoonfuls of the broth and add it to a small bowl with the miso paste. Once the paste is well combined with the liquid, add it all back to soup pot.
Grab a package of shiritake noodles, then ladle the finished soup over the top. Add the meat to the bowl, and an egg if you want.
