So I'm purely asking this question out of curiosity. My TDEE is around 1500-1600 cals and I'm on 1200 to lose weight, but how many calories are sedentary short women eating to lose then?
Apparently it’s okay to eat under your bmr even if it’s low. My bmr is like 980 and tdee is 1100. I try to burn around 100 calories through exercise a day so I can eat a little extra but being short sucks. If I eat at 1100 for my maintenance I can’t sleep at night because my legs cramp up and I am so moody and mean all day
