Tonight at work I made up my mind that I would learn to face reality and start getting used to raw hunger. Trust me harsh as this sounds it is very good for a obese person/snacker (such as myself) to learn. Instead of eating lots of candy bars, chips, ramen noodles and bagels, I instead distracted myself with my favorite documentary's on YouTube and shows. And I also sipped diet coke through the night and drank black coffee with Splenda. Now I did have a small helping of candy -mike and ikes. I had exactly 16 pieces which was only 110 calories. Trust me that is WAY better than my 2000 calorie binge during my night shift.
So I know that this is only day 1 of a long battle but I'm sick of feeling fat and not being able to go out on dates. I will lose this weight and get every last pound off of me!! Then I plan to start a fitness routine to balance out my intake. I will get though this.
