What are some good (NON BEAN OR SOY I WILL DIE OF FLATULENCE /hj) sources of protein? i keep getting super hungry, even if im near my maintenance and i am pretty sure it is because i am not getting nearly enough protein :(

to make a very long story short I am mostly vegetarian due to moral and dietary reasons (beef and pork make me very sick, and I don't like the farm industry) but trying to get enough protein is a challenge. Beans and soy make me ill. I have a few other dietary restrictions/limits as well because of my issues but I can work around them mostly.

My best solutions so far have been: - protein bars (if anyone has homemade recipes they love send them my way! im starting to experiment w that) - spinach - eggs (especially egg whites) - nuts/seeds - protein powder? not sure how to use it best as i don't drink smoothies often, and most have other additives that make me feel bleh.

but since this community has been a huge help, thought id outsource for some advice _^

Vega protein powder shakes have been game-changers for me. They are made from pea protein.
