I’ve been counting calories/macros for 90 days now.
I have always, always been a slow loser, and I decided to stay off the scale to avoid disappointment. I’ve been pleased lately because my clothes are loose!
Well, today at the doc’s office, I saw my weight on blood-draw form, and I was very disappointed.
I’m a big person — over 6ft and built like a linebacker — and I’ve only dropped 25ish pounds in 3 months. I track/weigh/measure EVERYTHING I eat.
I know it’s still progress, but, losing weight at the beginning should be easy; at my weight, and at 1500 calories with exercise, the weight should be MELTING OFF. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
25 lbs in three months is insane. Idk what the problem is here haha
