Finished the show, finished the book, Now What?

I watched the show, and immediately bought in. The story was great the love story tore my heart apart. I needed more after the show so I read the book, same result, left me broken hearted. Now that I spent about a month immersed in the show and book, I feel similar to Jake/George forced to return to the present. I don't really know what to do now. I want to go back, I need to go back. I can't understand why Jake/George didn't try to be with Sadie at least one more time. Or at least try to make Sadie's life as good as possible taking out Johnny Clayton.
