Whole arm pain when I play 2+ days in a row
Post Body

I'm not sure if this is the right sub to go to for tennis-related injuries.

During this year, I've noticed for the first time in my life that when I play tennis matches 2 days in a row, I start to develop arm pain in my dominant arm, my right arm. My right wrist, forearm, elbow, biceps, and triceps all hurt during that 2nd day. Since it's widespread, I don't think it's a wrist or an elbow issue.

Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what should I do? I know to take rest days between matches. But sometimes, due to how scheduling goes in my competitive singles league competitive mixed doubles league, I sometimes end up playing two days in a row. I can still hit as well the 2nd day, it just hurts.
