So I was looking at a funny tennis pic on Reddit about how worn out their tennis shoe soles were...and I looked at their soles, and they were better than my current pair lol.
I was just changing them once a year, with playing about 7-8 hours a week. I never slip, so I never bothered looking at the (lack of) tread left. Is it worth changing it when the bottom of the shoe is very smooth, if I don't feel like I have any problems with slipping/traction? Do they cushion your foot less? Or purely because of lack of tread?
