Tammy is a 2 year old when she doesn't get her way

She just completely shuts down like a toddler in the Dr office the second she finds out that she's not getting skin removal. If you would just show the Dr your excess skin there is a chance he okays it. But nope let's just shut down like old Tammy always did. Like what trauma happened to these people when they were kids?!?
