I used to watch this show and I quit watching because I absolutely could not stand Tammy! She was completely self-absorbed. She was totally oblivious to other people's problems and just wanted everyone to cater to her.
I got bored and started watching season 5. I am amazed at Tammy's progress! Not only has she lost weight, she has become a better person. She actually tunes into other people's feelings, and takes action to try to help people. I am so impressed with how much her emotional intelligence has grown! It's very satisfying to see. ❤️
I'm not a professional, but it looks like postpartum depression to me, too. Having that lazy excuse for a husband didn't help either!

Getting away from all that family drama had to help. That family..... geeesh. Who wouldn't be stressed?!
