Sold in 20, 21, 22, and listed again. 5.9ac, under 200k, close to a small town with grocery etc. The older listing pics look fairly cute and well maintained. So... what's wrong with it?

True answer: this is not a weird price for this house in this location at this time. Lots of people came from away to Maine in recent years. Many quickly realize that Maine ain’t for everyone, and they don’t stick around after a year or two. Maine’s real estate market is a mess right now, prices have skyrocketed, and native Mainers in the Lincoln area (which is very rural and pretty poor, as an ex-mill town) can’t afford this price, and this house in this town isn’t that desirable for rich folks from away. But people who are selling are clinging to the inflated home prices that have evolved over the last couple years, and they can’t or won’t let it go for less.
It’s in Stinkin’ Lincoln
