Considering moving to Yuma, have a teenage son, questions
Post Body

Would you consider moving a teenage son from the midwest to Yuma? Very sheltered, never been in a fight, very small for his age. Assuming he would get eaten alive in the public high school, are the charters and/or private schools any better? I know that I could go the TEC route if need be, but I'd really like him to have the high school experience.

My current options right now are massively overpaying for a home in SoCal at the top end of a bubble or get something reasonably (compared to the rest of the south west) priced 3 hours away in Yuma. My ONLY reluctance is the boy...... How crazy am I for moving to Yuma?
