Was all dialogue for ishin kiwami re'recorded or only dialogue for recasted characters.

Simple question really, im asking this because if they actually did rerecord all the dialogue then that could mean that we could see akiyama again since it would mean they were able to get in touch with his voice actor which they couldnt do in 7. (I am coping so hard i just want to see akiyama again)
