Really stuck right now. So I just got back from my honeymoon and found the kid I had watching my pets logged his own account into our Xbox and made some purchases (used his own payment info) and logged my account out. This was flagged as suspicious behavior and my account was locked pending verification.

This would be no issue typically but 2 years ago I took a new job that came with a company phone and o got rid of my old one and the number that came with it, so I can’t verify my identity the traditional way. The Authenticator app isn’t set up for my old account and you can’t log into the Authenticator while your locked so that’s gone too. The last option I know of is the recovery AI that asks you questions but it keeps saying I have not provided enough info to recover my account even though I’ve answered every question.

Has anyone here gone through this at all and have any advice?
