What Xbox headset do y'all prefer?

I would love to use the Microsoft headset with my XSX but my head is too big for it to be comfortable. I'm trying to find one that has Dolby Atmos and also connects directly to the Xbox (No USB dongles) but every company is really vague with that capability. Does anyone have a favorite headset that they use?
