The P-51 was a British plane at its core.

Do you agree? It was originally designed for the RAF until the U.S. military took over the line. Itβs prototype engine was produced with an American made Allison V-1710 engine, however the finalized variance were produced with the much more effective rolls Royce, which is a British company line.
