Creating suspense in first person?
Post Body
I been looking into suspense hard for like 3 months now. And, I always get that example of a bomb under the table, but I realized that I'm writing from inside my character so I'm a little lost. Can anyone give me examples of what suspense looks like when you aren't able to put a bomb under the table. I feel like I must be reading past examples and not realizing it.
