How do pages translate from the computer screen to the pages of a book when published?

Okay maybe this is a dumb question but I was just curious. Iām making my first real attempt to write a rough draft and Iām just trying to figure out length wise how the pages will translate. I am writing in mincrosoft word and I just want to be able to gage how long my chapters are gonna be. Is one page e on word the same length as a page of a book? If anyone has an answer please let me know
