I recently found out one of my irl friends plays on Horde so I set out to reroll to play with him. Because I wanted the 3/3 PvP vault, I tried to get at least 200 item level by the sixth or seventh day mark to improve my chances of getting invited to yolo rbgs. (Spoilers: I got into yolos at 180ilevel and I got nothing I could use out of my 3/3 vault).

I don't know if this is considered fast but I thought I'd post it so people can see that it's not that bad to start over! And to share a few tips that I used since it's not a common topic for a very common aspect of the game! (I did this with one day off and 5hrs average on my working days).

My recommendations: I would cap out 15k honor before getting 60. (Optional. I didn't do this and my grind was much harder but I think it might be worth it). Your 51-60 gear is capped at 129 so you should have BiS from world quests to use in bgs very quickly, the games should give about the same honor and will be a ton easier with you being an influence. Try to do this on BG weekend. With this 15k honor you can spend it on getting your honor gear that will carry good enchants and may be last to replace with conquest gear. 30 stats chest, 20stam speed cloak, 15str int etc, 16 verse rings.

Once you're near 60, run to the AH and buy 168 every slot in crafted gear. (Besides honor gear that carries enchants mentioned above). Make sure the crafted gear you buy has verse in secondary stats.

Is $20 worth 3-4 hours of your time? If so buy a 190 boe wep. The weapons are a big time / honor time sink. I bought a boe two hander and farmed a 197 healing mace. Another thing you may need to buy if you have no friends is 2x layer 8 Tghast for your 190 legendary.

At this time you should be roughly 170-175 and 2-3 days in as a fresh 60. It's time to spam bgs and epic bgs for as much honor as possible! You should be renown 8 from passively leveling / playing so try to farm as many pieces to 184. If you aren't renown 8 make sure you do the world boss, a campaign chapter, etc. Keep your eyes on the world quests, know your conduits and farm them when possible.

Day 4-5 was the hardest part for me that no guide can prepare you for. You'll have to que yolo rbgs / 2s with 180 ilevel and hope you get accepted. The goal is 1400 for 207 conquest gear.

For most people this may be a lot more possible in rbgs since you can hide in a bush while healing. Fortunately for me, the gentleman that I rerolled to play with is a 2600 disc priest and I am former multi glad so we were able muscle out a lot of wins we that shouldn't have in 2s. I had around 25-27khp vs 30-37k hp opponents.

If you are able to grind out some conquest with your poopy gear, I recommend you start backwards with 525 pieces for the quickest burst of stam. (Not the trinkets because they have no stam and the medallion also has not many stats to offer for the cost either). I would do the 700 pieces after and hope you get 875 pieces and weapons from the vault.

Please note that you will get renown from your yolo 2s/rbgs and will be passively renown 22 for 197 gear by the time you can upgrade again. Feel free to do a bit of the campaign if you're not getting any wins in your yolo 2s/rbgs. I have only done one chapter of my campaign.

By day 6 I am hoping most of your grid went well and you were able to break at least 1400 in rbgs or at most 1600 in 2s and have around 195 item level. The last day can be filled with getting your 210 legendary and something nice from the vault. I didn't get my 210 or anything from the vault so I was able to hit 200 by getting the rest of my gear to 197 that wasn't already conquest gear!

TLDR: Buy the correct BoEs and honor pieces to start. Que yolo rbgs preferably as a healer and as 180 . If you have the skill aim for 1600 when you’re 190 in 2s, if not 1400 rbgs is very very plausible.
