Minor spoilers ahead.

I just came here to look at if other people are finding the game too difficult, and I'm surprised to see that most people are finding it too easy! I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong at this point...

I just finished "Hunting a Witch" and kept on getting my ass kicked on the normal difficulty level. I'm level 4, and the quest was rated as level 6. I've tried to do all the side quests I could find, and cleared all the quests I ran into that are around my level or lower. Now, any side quest I pickup seems to be around level 10.

I had to set the difficulty to the easiest level, and even then I was struggling a wee bit against Nithral and the golem. My current strategy is to cast Quen, and as soon as I get hit, back away until I can recast it. Makes fights a bit boring...

I'm not an expert gamer, but I'm also not a complete newb. Is anyone else experiencing a hard time getting through the game?
