Recharging after intense cleansing ritual

I put a lot of energy into working on energy flow/cleansing/protection for my house through the recent eclipses and culminating on the new moon. I am feeling very drained. Any advice on recharging? Or am I right to expect i might have to just accept a refractory period, possibly until the solstice or my manifestation ritual on the full moon?
