Stitch hanging on for dear life

Got 3 out, my bottom right stitch keeps moving around. I almost bit down on it while it layed over my molar. I’m on day 6 today of recovery. You guys think I should just be careful the next day or call my OS. They are dissolve stitches I’m just worried I’ll bite down and rip the other parts out
