Advice on some wiki choices

I'm trying to set up a wiki to share with coworkers, so I'm looking for something that will be private and can potentially allow a lot of users, if it has success (something like 70-80), however I'm doing this independently, so I'm needing something that can be used for free.
I've done a lot of research, and currently the best things I've found that seem to fit these requirements are either PBWorks or ShoutWiki, but I'm unfamiliar with ShoutWiki, and I'm not sure if there's better options I'm not aware of
