I was gifted a set of L&L Trismegistus, and while I love the performance and scent, I do have one gripe.

The flow restrictor on the aftershave doesn't really do anything. Upon first application, I dumped a ton of it down the sink because I wasn't expecting it to come out so fast.

I was worried I had just wasted half the bottle, then I looked and it still appears to be about 90%.

I tried swapping the flow restrictor out with the one on my bottle of L'Orange Noir (scent is similar and bottle necks appear to be of similar size), and while it fit the neck of the bottle perfectly, the cap would not screw on.

Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this or finagle it so that I'm not wasting product? My hillbilly ingenuity has failed me.
