Superman vs The Hulk: who rips his own head off easiest?

In the Goku vs Superman suicide post, I asserted Supes could very easily rip his own head off. Some likened it to one of us trying to do the same thing.
Does Superman’s durability cancel out his strength to such a degree? Does Hulk’s?
Bare hands only and no stuff like draping your neck over a bar is something for leverage. Though guess they’d need like an adamantium bar anyway.
Just straight up tearing their own heads off with lifting/twisting motion.
