Tetsuo is from immediately after he replaced his missing arm with the metal arm. So every feat in the RT is good except the stuff in the "other" section.
Location: Fight takes place in Manhattan (if you want a specific place in Manhattan then just chose one).
Starting distance Combatents start 100 meters apart.
Equipment: Neither side has any equipment.
Other Information
Tetsuo's powers with not get any stronger and will not go out of his control.
Speed is equalized.
Bonus: If for whatever reason you think Tetsuo is far stronger than Cable, what kind of equipment from his RT would he need to bring along to bring the match heavily in his favor.
