Golf strain seems high - any golfers out there?

So I just got back from playing 18 holes of cart golf (I don’t even count this as an activity, if I walk nine holes on my hilly course I get around 9-10 strain) and my day strain is 13.8. Seems way high to me. I have the strap on my right wrist. Any thoughts?
