I'm glad TA7 didn't leave.
Post Body

His BABIP numbers have skyrocketed since the ASG. He can't walk, and his OBP is almost the same as his BA, but when he is on with making contact, he is a blue-chip catalyst. He's been a sparkplug of the offense. He was until this train wreck of a season.

Let's get another season out of him playing for a contract. If they finish with 83 wins, I think Emperor Reinsdorf and Darth Kenny/Hahn could give him another 2-3 years.

I think.

He went through a crap show of personal issues. That made me furious. Clubhouse drama is unprofessional and childish. They seem quiet at the moment.

CST and blogs are saying that Vaughn is gonna be pushed to be the captain. Until this year, TA7 had the team leader role in hand. He lost it. But he better be willing to play 2B if needed. He might get it back. He MIGHT.

But it seems that there has been all talk of possibilities with everyone except 88...so TA7 stays and tries to turn it around. If there is anyone to be near the top of Comeback possibilities, it's him. How can he get any worse?

I'm just pissed about 2023, but I feel a tiny bit better he's still here.
