I’ve tried doing research on this piece I saw at a thrift store yesterday, and all I found out is that it’s a “costume jewelry Christmas tree,” meaning it was likely made by someone a few decades ago with vintage costume jewelry earrings and brooches, and appears to have wired Christmas lights.
