I requested off for 2 days to go to another state with my closest friend for his 18th birthday over 2 months from now a Sunday/monday. I made the request on Wednesday They were denied pretty quickly denied. I asked and my tl told me I won't be getting anymore unpaid days off approved. I asked around and it's only me she's doing this to. The only reason I can think of is I used ppto Tuesday because I hurt my ankle bad enough Monday to not be able to Walk the next day. My TL said it's because I'm never here while I'm here 4 days a week and a full time college student. Can I do anything about this

Edit: I forgot there is a second person who she's been doing this too but for him it's been since April.
