Maxed out PTO question

So I’ve been with the company for over 6 years now. I just maxed out my PTO year to date at 128 hours. My question is that there’s still another month of accrual time until our year starts (February 1st) I also maxed out my Protected PTO awhile back. Will I still earn PTO even though I’m maxed out? And does it just go straight into my paycheck?
