I had a Walmart EverStart battery in my Mazda 3 that had lost a charge today. The AAA guy hooked up his gizmo to it and determined that the battery was bad. He gave me a jump and my next stop was Costco where I got a new Interstate battery.
I don't have the receipt for the Walmart battery but it has a 11/13 label and the warranty says "5 Year Warranty Program, 3 year free replacement, 2 year pro rata".
In this circumstance, does anybody know if I take the battery back to Walmart, will they refund cash "pro rata" for the battery or will they give me a hard time?
