Etrade glitched and gave me $3,000,000. WYD

Back in May I bought 12 shares of SPY because it seemed like a good deal.
Today I casually checked my etrade account and found that I gained over $3,000,000 in assets.
I did a silly thing (today, Saturday) and tried to sell $1,000,000 of shares. It let me.
Then I told my mom and she said I should definitely cancel that order, so I did. The app has since reverted back to normal. This all happened in the last two hours.
Has anyone ever seen this? What would have happened?
