Volca sample- does it time stretch?

Looking for a piece of gear to perform a very specific function.
I want to be able to sample live incoming audio, then be able to stretch that sample, freeze it, and sweep the frozen point across the sample.
Akai’s s2000 can do this, but I’m wary that its processing capabilities might make it unsuitable for live use.
I’ve heard the volca sample is packed full of Easter eggs. Is this one of them?
