So I've managed to westernize china super early through the heavenly kindgom. However, the heavenly kingdom's theocracy government type sucks. Nationalist China and Beiyang China also suck because of their poltical parties. I've gotten the guuter crown event before to form just straight China, and that seems to be the best version of China. I've been able to force the event by allowing pan nationalists to revolt and win but it's very hard to do it this way because usually the Xinhai revolution event fires first so the rebels have to occupy the capital twice to get the gutter crown event to fire. This usually doesn't happen because pops lose militancy when either decision is taken during xinhai event so the rebel brigades disband and it's hard to get pan nationalists to rise up again. Does anybody know of any reliable ways to form the China tag after westernizing?
