I started an Athesia game assuming I would receive immigrants, since it is a new world nation. I have only ever had large emigration with a trickling of ~10 pops evert few months immigrating to Athesia. I got all reforms through the console, I expanded, I built industry, I became a great power, I've used the event that boosts immigrants on top of firing the statue of liberty event for myself, dropped militancy to around 1 or 2, and I turned myself into a regular republic. All while the war torn and very poor nations around me see 1-2k immigrants a month. Does anyone know why Athesia seems to struggle with getting any immigration at all?
