Account issues trying to purchase a phone

So https://www.verizon.com/smartphones/apple-iphone-8-certified-pre-owned/ I've been trying to get this phone in my cart to purchase but every time no matter if I click upgrade existing line or add plan it keeps redirecting me too the prepaid phones how do I fix this
