If I mail them the goods, is there anyway for them to dispute the charge after they get it? I don’t wanna lose $150 and the item after it’s shipped. I normally only use PayPal so I’m unfamiliar with venmo.
Tbh bro anyone can dispute any charge with their financial institution, this includes Venmo charges. What they cannot do is dispute it via Venmo unless they used G&S, which does make it harder for them to do. FWIW someone can do the same thing with PayPal. It’s incredibly difficult to prove the legitimacy of online transactions, especially ones that involve 3rd party apps like Venmo. And from what I have seen, a bank initiated dispute usually ends with the receiving person holding the bag no matter how much digital evidence there is. Several examples on this subreddit…
