I've been feeling really tired and shaky recently no matter what I eat. Craving sugar too I think. I was fine before I got pregnant, then appetite and hunger and food was all over the place. I had hoped that would settle down 4 months postpartum, but no. Any advice? I figure the fact that I'm breastfeeding probably has a lot to do with it.
I want to start eating more tofu, but I don't want to spend the time frying and cleaning up after it. Overnight marinating ok. Ideas?
Anyone know where the cheapest place to get canned kombucha is? Not glass bottles, they are too heavy and inconvenient.
