[Serious question] When was the last time you were sick?

Post Body

Just wondering and wanted some honest feedback. I work in a restaurant and honestly feel like everryone at work seems to be sick pretty regularly. I honestly can't remember the last time I was sick (knock on wood). I've had the odd sniffle or itchy throat, but I usually just make an immunity boosting smoothie, get some sleep, and its gone by the next day. It's literally been years since I was sick enough to be out of commission or call off work. I don't consider our lifestyle a cureall, but I'm sure it has something to do with being vegan and exercising regularly.
