First induction heater (failure?)

Hello there,

I just got my self build induction heater from Vapoven. At first they ship very fast and got nice guides for their stuff!

But now I have a problem. When I heat my Dynavap with the induction heater, it clicks after 5 seconds and the herb is still green. So I put 5 secs after the click on top, but then the herb on the top is going to combust while the lower herb is still light green/brown.

My question is, did someone also has this issue? Or maybe it is normal and I'm just better with the torch. I'm used to two heating cycles and after that the abv is well toasted.
