I'll admit I'm a total noob. I haven't used usenet at all yet, but I'm thinking of it in order to find some stuff that I've had trouble finding on torrent sites. I've been doing some research, and I think the best choice for me is just to have a block account and purchase more data as needed, rather than having an unlimited account. I think this is best because I already have most of what I want, and due to the quality o my internet, I could really only download about 500gb per month, even if I knew exactly what I wanted to download all the time. This is unlikely. My torrenting patterns consist of downloading 100s of GBs at once, and then months go by before I download a lot again. My usenet patterns would likely be the same. Do you guys agree that a block plan is best for my needs?
