Catheter Cleaning... Any Advice?

Hello gentlemen! I had a urethroplasty and a circumcision last Wednesday, eight days ago, to treat a 1.5 centimeter penile stricture and my hypospadias distal. I was wondering if any of you had tips on how best to keep the catheter cleaned. For the time being, I've been keeping sanitary and allowing water and soap to hit it while in the shower.
