Help! Ideas for work Christmas lunch game

We have a team lunch booked (20 odd people) and I've been voluntold to come up with a game to be played before, during or after the lunch.
Last year, my boss had the idea of a kind of pass the parcel which involved rolling dice and swapping or keeping the present you had. I forget the detail.
Budget for prizes: nil/negligible
Any thoughts or suggestions most appreciated.
